Basavarajappa, residing at #18, Belaku, 2nd Cross, 1st Main, Sharada Residency BHEL 2nd Stage, Pattanagere, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore - 560098, Shubhamangala Rudresh w/o Rudresh S Basavarajappa, residing at #18, Belaku, 2nd Cross, 1st Main, Sharada Residency BHEL 2nd Stage, Pattanagere, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore - 560098 and Roopa Satheesh w/o Late Satheesh Srinivasa, residing at #36, Fortune Valley Layout, Mariyannapalya, Dasarahalli Main Road, Hebbal, Saint James Church, Bengaluru - 560 024 (collectively, the “Shareholders”) being the shareholders of, and holding 100% share capital of Quest Informatics Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 with Company Identification Number U72200KA2000PTC026374 and whose registered office is situated at No. 109/1, Haripriya Towers, 20th Main Road, 5th Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru Karnataka 560010, India (“Company”) are contemplating to sell our entire respective shareholding by way of transfer of shares in the Company to a prospective buyer. The details of our shareholding in the Company are as follows (“Sale Shares”):

Any person(s) claiming or having any claim(s)/ interest(s)/ right(s)/ title/ demand(s) in respect of the Sale Shares or to any part thereof, in any manner whatsoever including by way of sale, exchange, pledge, mortgage, lien, charge, gift, inheritance, share, possession, holding original title documents (including share certificates), trust, bequest, assignment or encumbrance of whatsoever nature or otherwise, is hereby put to notice and is called upon to intimate the undersigned within 30 days from the date of publication of this Public Notice together with copies of all relevant documents supporting their claim(s)/ interest(s)/ right(s)/ title/ demand(s) failing which it will be construed that such claimants have relinquished/waived their claim(s)/ interest(s)/ right(s)/ title/ demand(s) in the Sale Shares and there exists no claim(s)/ interest(s)/ right(s)/ demand(s) against the Sale Shares and the Shareholders shall be free to deal with the Sale Shares in the manner as they deems fit.
